Will Sharples Ph.D., Executive Loss Consultant manages construction, mitigation and subrogation consulting services for American Consulting Group, ensuring clients receive best-in-class service at a fair and reasonable cost.

Will Sharples has over 40 combined years of experience in construction, mitigation, subrogation and claims handling. His expertise encompasses commercial construction estimating, mitigation management and subrogation expert services. Will worked on Catastrophe losses for a number of years, demonstrating that he can keep up with the fast-paced CAT environment.

During his career, Will has handled multi-million-dollar commercial losses exceeding $20M. His experience spans retail, refrigerated warehouses, manufacturing, food processing plants, commercial agriculture, habitational, hotels, restaurants, high-value residential, and many other industries.

Will also has extensive experience in the mitigation field, overseeing the mitigation process, for both commercial and residential large loss claims. During his career, he has taught classes in mold remediation, water mitigation, fire clean up, and ethics for insurance agents, adjusters, and realtors.

As an expert in the industry, Will’s background allows him a unique and full-circle perspective, providing our client’s the in-depth understanding required to determine and reach appropriate agreements for the scope of work, and accurate estimating.

In his downtime, William Sharples enjoys outdoor activities such as endurance cycling, hiking, swimming, and kayaking. He also enjoys travel.  His knowledge and expertise are valuable additions to the ACG team.
