Jeremiah Sharples has been involved in construction since childhood. He started cleaning up construction sites as a small boy, while working with his father. He eventually worked his way up to owning his own remodeling company, where he managed multiple crews and jobs.

Jeremiah was recruited by the mitigation industry, where he coordinated CAT events, and wrote large loss estimates. During his career, Jeremiah has handled multi-million dollar CAT events and commercial losses. His experience spans municipality losses, commercial agriculture, hotels, restaurants, and high value residential properties. As an experienced mitigation contractor, Jeremiah’s background allows him to have a fresh and unique perspective on what proper mitigation should be.

In his down time, Jeremiah enjoys playing music, running sound for local bands, and going fishing with his wife and four children. Jeremiah is the cofounder of Springfield Area Music Industry (SAMI), an organization that helps local musicians in need, donates instruments to school children, and offers music lessons to veterans who suffer from PTSD.
